Our first snow!

It isn't much, but hey...it's snow!  Good thing it came on a Saturday because everyone around here was freaking out.  School events were canceled, etc.

We put up our tree during the week.  We bought it on a 60- degree day.  It doesn't look very big in this picture, but it's a 9- ft. Frasier fir.

Last weekend we had little Luc for 2 days.  We took him to eat after we went to the Scottish parade.  We were lucky because the parade route passed on the next block over from us. Luc liked all the music and excitement.

Wow, it looks like everyone got snow! And cold temps. So glad the wedding in TN was last week. Travel would be bad this weekend and temps there fell too!
Has Luc seen Santa yet?

I'm glad the weather cooperated too. Last week, Justin drove to Delaware to meet up with his friend, and they went on to New York. That would have been a mess. We were lucky too, coming to MI.

Luc saw Santa walking around the mall and didn't show interest in sitting on his lap. Santa asked him for a high five and he did it after Santa turned his back! I'm not sure if Maud took him or not.

You call that a snow fall? It must have melted pretty quick.
Bill actually shoveled the sidewalk on Saturday. And it's sticking around with the 20 degree temps.
We got our tree up and decorated and the stable and all the decorations are out! Yay! Julianna does a great job. I wrapped presents. The box for Jennifer and family in New Hampshire needs to go out soon.

Is Luc blowing kisses in that pic? He's so sweet!

Around here, that much snow is a big deal. It stuck on the cars and grass but the pavement was too warm yet. It was nice, though. Last year we didn't see snow until some time in January.

Luc is actually stuffing bread in his mouth! We were at an Italian restaurant.
